The ProAdvantage

ProAdjuster at a Glance

IMG_9336_edited.jpg

Your spine isn’t just bones—it’s the main highway for your nervous system. When parts of it get jammed up, messages between your brain and body can slow down. The ProAdjuster helps restore motion, so signals flow better, and your body can function and heal the way it was designed

For grandparents, this could mean the difference between watching the grandkids from the couch or rolling around on the floor with them... and then getting back up again! It helps your joints move the way they were meant to.

The ProAdjuster is like a smart, gentle, very precise chiropractor. Instead of harsh impacts or jerking motions, it uses a computer-guided tool that taps lightly and reads how your spine responds—kind of like sonar for your joints.

If it finds a spot that’s stiff or stuck, it delivers just the right amount of pressure to help get it moving again. And because it's using precise sensors to measure how each vertebra absorbs force, the adjustment is precise, not guesswork.

The system also includes real-time charts and graphics, personalized to your current adjustment, that explain what’s going on in your spine. That way, you actually understand your care, the goals being targeted, and the progress you're making along the way

Falls are a leading cause of injury among older adults. ProBalance therapy not only assesses and addresses balance issues but also educates you on maintaining stability, empowering you to move confidently and safely.

Using tools like force pressure plates, ProBalance evaluates your balance metrics to create a personalized profile for you. Finally, our staff uses that information to ensure that your therapy plan is actually targeting what you need.

ProMotion at a Glance

During a Mechanical Motion Therapy (MMT) session, a specialized device delivers precise, rhythmic motions to specific joints and muscles while you perform guided movements. This dual-action approach helps to reduce inflammation and muscle tension, increase range of motion, and wake up the communication lines between your brain and body.

MMT is gentle and tailored to your body's needs, making it a good choice for a lot of different problems. By addressing both the mechanical and neurological aspects of movement, MMT aims to restore your body's natural function.

Other Therapies

Laser Therapy

IMG_9370.JPG

Light has a lot of effects on biological organisms. Plant cells are able to use sunlight to photosynthesize, for example. Well, Erchonia's Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate healing at the cellular level. It works by targeting the cell's mitochondria, the part responsible for producing ATP—the primary energy source for all cellular processes. When injured or inflamed tissue is exposed to this light, ATP production increases, enhancing the cell’s ability to repair and regenerate.

This therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation, promote tissue regeneration, and accelerate healing across a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal injuries to post-surgical recovery. It's FDA-approved, evidence-based, and even used in veterinary medicine to improve healing outcomes in animals, because animals have cells, and those cells have mitochondria too!

This non-invasive “cold laser” delivers light energy that penetrates the skin without producing heat, making the treatment both safe and comfortable. LLLT is painless, sterile, drug-free, and suitable for patients of all ages.

Electrical Stimulation
(E-Stim) Therapy

IMG_9377.JPG

Electrical Stimulation Therapy, often called E-Stim, uses mild electrical pulses to stimulate muscles and nerves. These pulses are delivered through small pads placed on the skin and are designed to reduce pain, improve circulation, and activate specific muscle groups. People often feel a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation, and sessions are typically short and comfortable.

E-Stim is especially valuable for relieving muscle tension, which allows for more blood flow, and that helps the body heal. It can help "wake up" muscles that have weakened due to injury or inactivity, making it easier for the body to respond to adjustments and maintain proper alignment. It’s also a helpful way to manage acute or chronic pain without relying solely on medication.

E-Stim is used as part of a broader treatment plan that may include adjustments, stretches, or rehab exercises. By enhancing blood flow and reducing nerve irritation, it helps prepare the body for healing and strengthens the overall results of chiropractic care. For many people, it becomes a helpful step in moving from pain to long-term recovery.

Core Muscle Therapy

IMG_9376.JPG

Building strength in your core muscles is a part of our chiropractic care because these muscles support your spine and help keep it properly aligned. When the core is weak, it can put extra strain on the vertebrae and joints, leading to pain, poor posture, and slower healing.

Through targeted exercises and guidance, our staff help you develop a stronger, more stable core, which not only reduces the risk of future injuries but also enhances the effectiveness of adjustments, improves balance, and promotes long-term spinal health.

The Clinic

Consultation

IMG_9292.JPG

With Dr. Johnson, we start your health journey with an assessment and thorough consultation to get an understanding of your body's history, current concerns, and personal goals. Dr. Johnson and the team take the time to listen carefully because every patient’s body and needs are unique. This one-on-one conversation is the foundation for building a concrete and personalized treatment plan.

Understanding your health situation in-depth allows us to recommend treatments that aren't just guesswork. Instead, treatments and therapies are targeted, measurable, and designed to produce real improvements. Whether it's spinal adjustments, nutritional support, or therapeutic exercises, Dr. Johnson tailors every recommendation based on what will give you the best outcomes.

This initial step means that your progress is actually tracked, so you can see the improvements as they happen. And the concrete treatment plan means you'll know exactly where you are on the journey, making your time and financial commitments completely transparent.

X-Rays

IMG_9304.JPG

If required, we use digital X-rays to give you the most accurate care possible. These images allow Dr. Johnson to see things that are happening beneath the surface. Things like the curvature of your spine, condition of your joints, and health of your bones. Having a clear, detailed view helps us spot issues like misalignments, degeneration, or hidden injuries that a physical exam alone might miss.

While it can be intimidating to be X-rayed, this step can be important because these scans guide us in making the safest and most effective treatment decisions. They help us determine the right type of adjustment, whether additional therapies are needed, and how severe certain conditions might be. With this knowledge, Dr. Johnson can create a care plan that’s customized to your body and based on real evidence, not assumptions.

Thanks to modern technology, the X-rays we use are quick, comfortable, and involve minimal radiation exposure. And importantly for you, they allow you to see what Dr. Johnson sees. This gives you a better understanding of your own health, where you're making progress, and helping you to be an active partner in your healing process.

Health Supplements

IMG_9327.JPG

Dr. Johnson frequently points out that our diets often lack the essential nutrients needed for optimal health. To support our health, we should be mindful of which supplements and products we use since they can have a direct impact on our longevity. Researchers are guided by various theories on aging and longevity, and their findings help us understand which nutrients may be essential. However, navigating all these theories can be overwhelming.

What we do know is that essential nutrients are often stripped from our food by fertilizers, chemicals used in processing, and preservatives, which can lead to less healthy aging. As new research emerges, much discussion centers around not just living longer, but also living well.

By understanding your personal health situation and nutrition habits, we create a plan designed to support not just a longer life, but a better quality of life. Our goal is to help you feel stronger and more energized with recommendations you can trust.
